Our whole rabbits come with livers and kidney’s so you can include them in your favourite dishes. The livers are cleaned and packed in a plastic bag tucked inside the cavity
Carefully remove the kidneys and any excess fat and reserve.
Follow the bone structure of the rabbit and use a sharp knife to remove the forelegs.
To remove the back legs make a deep incision at the hip and then firmly snap the leg back with your hands to reveal the ball joint
Follow the bone with your knife and carefully release the leg.
Repeat for the other side.
